Technology neutrality has many supporters as a policy principle. In the context of green industrial policies - such as those supporting the energy transition - it also has many critics. This webinar will consider whether tech neutrality can ever be a useful principle in the context of green industrial policy, and under what conditions. Using the example of the Australian National Hydrogen Strategy, this webinar will make recommendations for how the two may work together.
The event will be a public webinar and will be recorded. The recording will be made available after the event through the RegNet website http://regnet.anu.edu.au/
