Economics, is a health researcher at Centro de Estudios Públicos, a prestigious think tank in Chile. José Pedro Arcos Jose Pedro Arcos is Associate Professor, Thorax Institute, University of the Republic, a Member of the National Academy of Medicine of Uruguay, and Member of Scientific Advisory Group which advises the President on the government’s approach to COVID-19. Denise Razzouk Denise Razzouk is a psychiatrist with a Master of Science and PhD in health sciences from the Department of Psychiatry, Universidade Federal de São Paulo (Unifesp), Brazil, an MBA in Health Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas(FGV) and post-doctorate in health economics, King`s College, London.
