During 2020 much of our focus has been on physical health and hygiene. But our mental health and wellness is also an important consideration. Learn skills and find resources to help stay mentally healthy while you study with ANU Thrive and batyr, a preventative mental health organisation, created and driven by young people, for young people. The session will be run by trained speakers in the mental health space, who will explain practical tips to support yourselves and others.
